01
Cleanout
We clear the space, haul away what is leaving, and help you sort what stays. If there’s anything worth selling, we can handle that too.
-
Adjustable steel, wall-anchored
02
Organization
Shelving, cabinetry, wall systems and racks. Laid out around how you actually move through the space, so it stays nice even after we leave.
-

Upgrades
Epoxy floors, real lighting, insulation, drywall, power and workbenches. The unglamorous work that decides whether you ever want to spend time in there.

Transformation
A gym, a workshop, an office, a studio. The room where you start the thing you have been meaning to start.
Let’s get started.
Twenty seconds to book.
The things everyone
asks first.
What does it cost?
A cleanout on a two-car garage typically runs in the low thousands. A full build — floors, lighting, storage, finished walls — runs considerably more. The estimator above gives you a real range in about twenty seconds, and we confirm a fixed price in writing after the walkthrough. You never get a surprise invoice.
What happens to everything in there?
We sort it with you into keep, donate, resell and haul. Anything with real resale value we can help you sell if you would like. You get the donation receipts. Nothing goes to a landfill that does not have to.
How long does it take?
Most cleanouts are a single day. Organization and storage builds are typically two to three days. A full transformation with floors and finished walls is usually about a week, depending on cure times and permitting.
Do I need to be there?
Only for the walkthrough at the start and the handover at the end. The sorting decisions happen with you up front, so the rest runs without you having to take time off.
What if I do not know what I want it to become?
That is the most common answer, and it is a fine one. Most people know what they are tired of, not what they want. We start from the garage and the way you live, and put options in front of you.
Where do you work?
Across the Bay Area — Walnut Creek, Danville, Alamo, San Ramon, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, Concord, and the surrounding towns. If you are just outside that, ask.
